This is our signature Estate Photo Session. Nothing is left out. Full Half Day+ starts at 10am or 2pm till finished. 150+ images captured. We will help stage your listing, working with your stager & designer & you, we bring in our accent props, fresh cut flowers, real lemons, bowls, kitchen accent bottles, wine glasses & bottles for the romantic alcove, accent books, architectural & travel magazines we use for props plus other small items that make the home a showcase of magazine quality photography look, well in one one word “great”.
The “wet look” exterior we water down all concrete walks, patio, driveways & street for our special one of a kind wet look, one of our signature images. We use additional lighting as needed on the patio for no dark shadows images that jump. Photoshop, color balanced & vibrance is added to all images, plus we add fire to the fireplaces both inside & your patio fireplace, add a island travel image to the television screens, no blank black squares in our images, or maybe a football game image to the big screen in a media room. All these little things make a photo set of images that help convey the family living in your listing, these are little things that make a home sell faster, quality photography does make a difference.

We shoot many interior sets tethered to a notebook computer, you can view images as they are taken, help stage for that perfect magazine image that , trust us, will sell your home.

What you get: 50+ images captured, selected your best 15+ to use, inside the home pick your three rooms to highlight plus front of home from the street & rear of home.
Pick the best 3 room inside the home you wish to showcase. We will set-up our complete interior lighting sets for magazine quality for three rooms, plus an exterior front & rear view of the residence. Two looks for each of the three rooms, plus two accent shots & one each front & rear of home, total 10 images we will process. We may take 25 to 30 total shots for you to decide on the best 10 for marketing. This is intended to get you photography for your MLS listing, limited interior lighting used, there is no staging, no accent props, no fresh cut flowers, with limited photoshop on images if necessary, all images are color balanced & enhanced for brightness. We add no fireplace fire or screen shots to TV or media center. This however is included in our “half-day” photo sessions photoshop of fire in the fireplaces & island beach or sports images on the TV or Media center.
DELIVERY: by e-mail: Two set of final images, one re-sized small ready for upload to MLS & one larger high res for your printing. Designed as a inexpensive photo set to get your listing on line with better quality of images. Expect one hour at property. We do take “one” special front of home multi exposure blended image with sky swap if necessary to make sure your listings get that click. No water down of driveway or patio as we provide in the half day sessions.
